Snickerdoodle Me This.

So ever since my dear childhood lunches spent at Nordies Café, I have developed a never ending craving for a snickerdoodle cookie. Oh sweet sugar and spicy cinnamon, PB&J has nothing on you!

Unfortunately, snickerdoodles and champagne can't be the only things making up my diet these days - oh, in a perfect world...maybe someday. So, I was beyond ecstatic to find a Snickerdoodle Smoothie recipe last night on Pinterest that I just had to try. Using all healthy, organic ingredients, could this creation really resemble my beloved snickerdoodle? Oh yes, yes it did!

Here's what I blended up in my Vitamix

1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 Tsp Cinnamon (ok, heavy sprinkle!)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
2 Cups Spinach (I used raw kale instead)
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used my favorite, Beaming Plant Protein Powder)

Recipe taken from - thank you, Samantha!

I'm so so obsessed with this smoothie, I love that it incorporates greens - try mixing it up with various kinds! But, be careful because some greens have a stronger taste than others. For example, instead of using 2 cups kale as a substitution for the spinach, I used only 2 stalks. Collard greens and chard are also ones to look out for. Also, feel free to experiment with other "milks" such as hemp and rice!

I know this blog was totally off subject, but I just had to share!

Happy Snickerdoodling!

Jimmy Choo Bridal Boutique

Jimmy Choo has a beautiful new Bridal Boutique that I'm absolutely dreamy over. Whenever I think of white gowns, sheer veils, and soft petals - Jimmy Choos, without a moments hesitation, always come to mind. If you are starting to pick out the perfect footwear for your big day, Jimmy Choo is a line of shoes you positively must consider.

Here are a few pairs of my very favorites that are for the bride in the bridal boutique currently...

Another wonderful thing about the Jimmy Choo Bridal Boutique is it's not just for the bride! If you are a bridesmaid a want your day to be just a special in the shoe department as the bride's, don't let me stop you from upstaging the Queen B. Check out the Bridal Boutique for the bridesmaid and you'll find many of the same styles in different colors, but also a few more playful styles and embellishments to counter the dreaded effect of a poorly chosen bridesmaid dress. Look at this one below...

The Jimmy Choo Bridal Boutique additionally offers fabulous shoes for the mother of the bride, the groom, the guests, and options for the honeymoon.

Is Denim the New Fur for Spring?

Rocking a fur vest is my staple. I can't think of anything better than fur to go with my uniform - black skinnies, black top, gold jewelry, bold shoes, and an even bolder bag.

Unfortunately, Mr. Groundhog says that Spring is just around the corner and the runway has been pushing out the denim vest like Starbucks lattes on a Monday morning. And speaking of Monday morning, check out the look below - sooo Breakfast Club.

I've never been a denim person...any of you who know me personally have maybe seen me in a pair of denim jeans once...maybe twice. However, I'm willing to listen up to those preaching the denim vest trend this Spring because it has something that a fur vest doesn't: day and night versatility.

Let me show you how (and how not), and then you can be your own judge of this denim trend...

Breaking News: Christian Louboutin Channeling Ed Hardy.

I love my daily emails from Saks. They bring me back to a beautiful time before Fashion Valley decided to close down my couture oasis and open up a Ted Baker and Forever 21 in replacement. I mean, thanks a lot for filling Level 2 Salon Shoes and Designer Dresses with $14 neon, "Made in China" disaster pieces. You know what I mean if you were a 2008 San Diego Saks shopper. Now we have to call in sick and head to South Coast for our closest fix (who wants to leave at noon with me?).

Anyway, Saks is a sore subject for me and a stellar way to get me going on a tangent. Back to the point of this post...I open up my daily email from Saks, and what do I see expecting luxe material object relief to my stressful morning? Christian Louboutin Channeling Ed Hardy.

I mean...WTF. Is this your idea of a motherf*cking joke?

For Pre-Order? Put that sh*t on Back-Order!

bBar; San Diego's first Superfood Vitality Bar in Del Mar.

Beaming - pure. organic. joy. - is my body's greatest love. I came across bBar, San Diego's first Superfood Vitality Bar, in a Del Mar shopping center that I frequent on the regular and I can't stop going back. bBar offers fresh, cold-pressed organic juices, Superfood smoothies, delicious raw foods, health supplements, and incredible cleansing programs. Beaming's educated team creates Superfood masterpieces to benefit your body, rev up your metabolism, strengthen your health, and increase your happiness and vitality.

Last Friday, I stopped in to meet with the radiating Lisa Odenweller, Beaming CEO & Founder (check out Lisa's story here), and we got to chatting about the company and the amazing Superfood powers behind bBar's products. I really love the philosophy Beaming believes in - balance and moderation, there is no diet for anyone, plant-based food is medicine, we can all benefit from more fruits and vegetables in our diet, everything in life is better when you feel good, the power of cleansing and giving your digestion a break, and that we live in a world of excess and that taking time out from our busy lives to reset and nourish is part of living a healthier happier lifestyle - and it's obviously working for Lisa...she is literally beaming. As we sipped smoothies and bit into tasty Superfood protein bites, I knew she had just empowered me to make a serious health change in a delicious form.

I am so for the realistic approach Beaming takes towards supporting your journey to greater health, vitality and well-being...and the fact that bBar offers a delicious journey along the way makes creating a healthy diet for your body the most enjoyable trek ever. Finished a hard work out? Boost your body with an anti-inflammatory juice or protein packed smoothie. Need a mid-day perk? Guzzle one of many Beaming green juices. Craving something sweet? Wrap up a Beaming Protein Bite to go.

NOW FOR THE EXCITING PART: bBar is giving all of my readers a sexy shot along with their purchase today through the next week! This sexy shot is a libido enhancer, energy, and mood enhancer and is made using sprouted almond milk, coconut water, daminana, maca, cacao, vanilla, Beaming Superfood Smoothie Blend, and coconut water. It's absolutely delicious and offers such a sexy boost to the day!

Go in and check out bBar today - jump start your wellness for the rest of your life and make your day Superfoodly Sexy by picking up your free sexy shot along with your order. Just tell the awesome team at the counter that you're a LisaPriceInc. reader and they'll make you a sexy shot on the spot!

My favorite drinks: Rockstar, Sexy Mayan, and Euphoria.

Can't get to the bBar today? Check out one of my very favorite Beaming dishes (that I picked up from bBar for lunch today) that you can make in your own kitchen...

Raw Spaghetti BEAMING style*:

*you will need a vegetable spiraled to make this at home (available on Beaming online or at the bBAR in Del Mar)

4-6 large green (& yellow when in season) Zucchini

Spiral your zucchini and now you are ready to add your favorite “pasta sauce.”

–> We recommend using a great pesto – homemade or one that you love from the store or Italian restaurant. To make it extra delicious, try our incredible “Alfredo Sauce” made with Cashews (no dairy used here!)

BEAMING SAUCECashew Alfredo Sauce

*Use this on everything — from salads to even chicken to red meat to grilled veggies. Make a batch and keep it around – it is such a hit!!

1 cup raw organic cashews soaked for 2-4 hours
2 T fresh lemon or lime juice
1 T raw honey
1 T dried onion flakes
1-2 T fresh chopped basil
1-2T fresh herbs of choice
2-4 cloves of minced fresh garlic
sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Put the soaked drained nuts in a Vitamix blender and then add up to 1 cup of clean water to blend well. The add remaining ingredients until creamy.

Find more recipes on the Beaming's Recipes tab or by checking out Beaming's Blog - I don't go a day without following up on Beaming's blog posts because there's usually a delicious recipe to easily incorporate into the day to get an instant Beaming fix from your own kitchen!

Not near bBar? Check out Beaming's Superfood Store online and find all of the Beaming ingredients that you need (such as the Superfood Protein Blend, Superfood Protein Blend with Greens, and the Superfood Smoothie Blend) to make your own creations have the Beaming touch! And don't worry, Beaming is working on distributing their cleanses nationwide and expanding bBar to a city near you.

Treat Yourself For Valentine's Day.

No date? No problem.

Screw him.

I'm going to get right down to the point with this one, gorgeous.

Here are 5 fabulous ways to treat yourself this Valentine's Day...

$14.00, $34.00
1. Panty Raid! Pretty panties and bras are not just for newly committal couples. Go through your drawers, trash the oldies, and stock up on new satin and lace. This is all about making yourself feel hot. If you don't make yourself feel hot first, you won't feel it from another. I'm not saying go balls to the walls sex pot with your purchases, but please take advantage of your femininity - or no one else will.

2. Let's get some shoes. The one fabulous thing about a pair of shoes is that they're the bikini's polar opposite. You don't have to worry about your salt intake that day. Full length mirrors are not even part of the process. And, you haven't made it to the gym in a week? Who cares. Your shoes don't! They will, oh so loyally, stick to the same size they were the last time you purchased a pair. I'm majorly crushing on a pair of patent, pale pink Loubs, shown above.

3. How about a rub down? The wonderful thing about a hired masseuse is the following:

- They're technically skilled.
- No emotions involved.
- You pick the time frame.
- 30 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min?
- You're 100% on the receiving end.

4. Drool worthy delights. Check out LisaPriceInc.'s pinterest board, Indulgent Mouthfuls, for some seriously delectable treats. From DIY to delivery, there are options for every skill level. I'm severely obsessed with the Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes that I pinned from Kitchen Treaty. Don't have the energy? I suggest checking for a Sprinkles just around the corner. No? You're still in luck, they deliver by the dozen.

Vogue Inspired Pink Bubble Bath

5. Curl up. We all love getting comfy and curling up, and I've found some incredibly cuddly pieces to make yourself comfiest solo. From a bubble bath, to soft PJs, to the couch, with an oversized throw and a good book...check them out here:
